Who this notice covers
This notice describes the Soft Task UAE/GCC website and the information you choose to share with Soft Task. The group’s global website operator is Soft Task Singapore Pte. Ltd., 20 Woodlands Link, #04-33, Singapore 738733. The responsible entity for this regional site must be confirmed before public launch. Contact privacy@softtask.co for privacy questions.
Information we collect
Project enquiries include your name, work email, company, selected interest, message, language, project country and the page context you selected. We record the privacy notice version and your agreement to enquiry processing. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Please do not include passwords, sensitive personal records or confidential project files. No phone number or file upload is requested.
How Soft Task may use your enquiry
Soft Task may use your submitted details to assess requirements, reply, arrange discovery discussions, prepare proposals, manage related follow-up and maintain the business enquiry record. Authorised group teams may help with these purposes. Enquiry details are not permission for unrelated advertising, sale of personal data or training a general-purpose AI model.
Optional newsletter and offers
Newsletter sign-ups join the global Soft Task list shared with softtask.co. Use the separate newsletter form and its consent checkbox if you want news, service updates and offers. We email a confirmation link; subscription starts only after you confirm. The contact form does not request or change a newsletter subscription. Unsubscribe through the link in marketing emails or contact privacy@softtask.co.
Google Analytics and cookie choices
Google Analytics, property G-8EFEED54CB, loads only after you allow optional analytics cookies. It measures page visits and technical information such as device and browser characteristics. Our page-view events exclude URL query strings, referrers and enquiry text. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled. Google may process technical information outside your country. Your browser stores a dated preference with a random reference and policy version; an additional consent receipt is stored when the recording service is available.
Providers and international handling
Cloudflare hosts the site, protects forms using Turnstile and stores newsletter and consent records in D1. Resend sends notifications, acknowledgements and newsletter confirmation emails from notifications@softtask.co. Project notifications go to contact@softtask.co in Google Workspace. Google provides optional website analytics. Authorised providers and group teams may process information outside your country. Hosting location, contractual safeguards and the final controller disclosure must be confirmed before public launch.
Retention and control
Unsuccessful enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last meaningful contact; unsuccessful recruitment submissions for 6 months after the process ends, subject to documented exceptions. Legacy first-party analytics events are removed within 90 days; this version sends no new events to that store. Server consent receipts are retained for up to 365 days after their last update. Browser preferences and our configured Google Analytics cookies expire after 180 days. Google Analytics event retention is controlled in the account settings. Unconfirmed newsletter records are removed after the confirmation expiry plus seven days; confirmed subscriptions remain until unsubscribe or a deletion request. Active client records follow the engagement’s retention arrangements. Mailbox review and deletion remain an operational responsibility.
Questions, correction or withdrawal
Email privacy@softtask.co to request access, correction, deletion or a restriction on use, or to withdraw a consent. We may need to verify your identity and assess applicable recordkeeping requirements. Use Cookie preferences in the footer to stop future optional analytics. You can also ask us to delete associated analytics records by supplying your consent reference from that panel.
