This website provides information about Soft Task services, products and project approaches for the UAE and GCC. Use it lawfully and do not attempt unauthorised access, disruption, impersonation or malicious submissions. Site information may be updated as capabilities and availability evolve.
Projects require a separate agreement
Website content, illustrative workflows and enquiry responses are not a binding quotation or a guarantee of outcomes. Scope, fees, timeline, intellectual property, confidentiality, hosting, support and the contracting entity are agreed in writing. Regulatory approvals and sector obligations are assessed for each engagement.
Your enquiry and submitted information
Submit information you are authorised to share. By agreeing to enquiry processing, you allow Soft Task to use the details for the specific purposes explained in the privacy notice. Newsletter subscriptions require the separate newsletter form and email confirmation. Do not use this public form for confidential documents, passwords, sensitive records or time-critical incident reporting.
Intellectual property and third-party services
Soft Task branding and website materials belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party materials remain subject to the rights and licences of their owners. Links to Tubblor, Regulix One, Kytheos and other websites are subject to those services’ own terms, privacy notices and current availability.

We work to keep this website useful and accurate, but uninterrupted availability and completeness are not guaranteed. Verify material technical, commercial or regulatory information with our team before relying on it for a decision. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
